At Footgear, we want you to walk with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
